Our annual factory shutdown is coming up. Here is everything you need to know about lead times and delays over the next month.

When are you closed? The factory is closed from 9th February to 26th February.

If I order now, when will I get it? Most items take a minimum of 10 working days to manufacture.

• Orders placed in the last week of January: Likely to be delayed until the factory reopens.

• Orders placed in February: Will be processed when we return.

Why is there a 2–3 week delay? Since we do not hold stock, every part is made to order. The delay is caused by two factors:

1. The Closure: No production happens between 9th–26th Feb.

2. The Backlog: When we return, we will have 2+ weeks of orders to manufacture. It takes time to ramp production back up and clear this queue.
