IMPORTANT: Shipping Times and What to Expect

We want to be upfront about how shipping works, especially when it comes to sea freight and air freight. There are quite a few variables that can affect delivery times, so here’s what you need to know before placing your order.

Default Shipping Method

  • By default, all large or full bodykits (including bonnets) are sent via sea freight.

  • Spoilers, lips, and smaller parts are sent via courier. (If checkout says "sea freight" we will upgrade it for you)

  • If you want a larger kit sent by air, we can do that — just ask and we’ll quote separately and create a custom order for you.

Sea Freight – 1 to 2 Months (DDP)

Sea freight takes around 1–2 months to most countries. However, some destinations may take longer — we’ve seen up to 75 days to Poland.

This option is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — which means we handle all import fees, taxes, and duties. You won’t have to deal with customs or pay anything on arrival. It arrives at your door fully cleared.

Air Freight (Local Airport) – 5 to 11 Days (DDU)

Air freight to your local airport is quicker — around 5–11 days. But delays can happen, and if the flight is rescheduled or offloaded, it’s outside our control. That’s why we can’t guarantee delivery times with this method. NOTE* You're expected to collect the item from the airport within 24hrs otherwise you will face storage fees, you will need to use a custom agent to clear the goods and they may offer to redeliver*

Air freight is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — so if you're outside the UK, you’ll need to pay:

  • Import tax

  • VAT

  • Duty

  • Airport handling fees

  • *Re-delivery charges from the airport

It’s also far more expensive than sea freight, which is why we don’t usually recommend it.

Air Freight (Courier) – Spoilers, Lips & Small Items

Small parts are sent via courier — not bulk air freight. Couriers are more reliable, fully tracked, and usually deliver quicker with fewer delays.

If you're outside the UK, import duty and VAT still apply on arrival.

UK Orders – We Handle the Import

If you're in the UK, VAT is charged at checkout — and we handle all import fees. Nothing extra to pay, and no customs paperwork for you.
