OnAir Warranty

OnAir Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product type:

  • OnAir Pro Kits2 years or 50,000 km (31,000 miles), whichever comes first
  • OnAir Slam Kits1 year or 30,000 km (18,600 miles), whichever comes first

Slam Kits are designed to allow more travel so the vehicle can sit lower. To achieve this, a shorter bump stop is used.

The standard bump stop (28 mm) is designed for optimal load distribution under compression. The shorter bump stop used in Slam Kits (15 mm) reduces this cushioning, increasing stress on the lower section of the air suspension strut when the vehicle is aired out.

For this reason, Slam Kits are subject to increased wear, and a shorter warranty period applies.

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components
  • Issues arising from normal road use

  • Replace the faulty part with a new equivalent item

We will also:

  • Cover shipping costs for the replacement part

What’s Not Covered

This warranty is parts-only.

We do not cover:

  • Labour costs for installation or removal
  • Garage or workshop fees
  • Vehicle downtime or inconvenience

Usage Guidelines (Important)

To maintain warranty coverage, the system must be used correctly:

  • Low Setting (5mm lower than OnAir)
    Only for smooth road surfaces
  • OnAir Setting
    Default ride height
    Most comfortable and balanced
    Recommended for normal driving
  • High Setting (20-30mm higher than OnAir, depending on car)
For bumps, ramps, and obstacles only
Do not drive in this setting for extended periods
Prolonged use will increase wear on components

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in:

  • Premature wear of airbags and components
  • Void of warranty on affected parts

Maintenance Requirements

Regular maintenance is required to keep the system operating correctly and to maintain warranty coverage:

  • Height sensor link arms
Check periodically to make sure they move freely
Ensure they are not seized or stiff (can occur due to dirt, salt, or corrosion)
  • Air tank (humid climates)
If you live in a humid environment and use the system regularly,
drain the air tank periodically to prevent moisture build-up

Lack of maintenance may lead to component failure and may void warranty on affected parts.

Additional Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse or improper operation
  • Damage from accidents or external factors
  • Wear and tear (including bushes, seals, airbags under improper use)
  • Modified or tampered products

  • Provide proof of purchase
