We value your decision to customize with us, and we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. Below, you will find our returns and exchange policy, which outlines various scenarios based on your order status:

Order Cancellation and Refunds

• Before Production: You may cancel your order any time before the wheels go into production. If you decide to cancel during this period, you will be refunded the full amount, minus a 5% fee which compensates our designers for their preliminary work.
• During Production: If you choose to cancel your order once production has started, you are eligible to receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. However, if the forged wheels can be reused for another order, we will increase your refund to 80% of the total amount.
• After Production: Cancellations made after the wheels have been fully manufactured will result in a refund of only 20% of the purchase price, reflecting the significant customization and materials used.
• After Delivery: Due to the custom nature of CMST Forged wheels, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the wheels have been delivered to your address.

Please note that custom orders reflect your individual choices and, as such, the resale value and possibilities may vary. We encourage you to carefully consider your selection before finalizing your order.
