For custom-forged products, returns or exchanges under the 7-day no-reason policy are not accepted once production begins. If you have any concerns, contact customer service immediately. After receiving your deposit, we’ll provide a design preview within 3 working days. Production takes approximately 25 days (some finishes may take longer). You’ll need to pay either in full or a 50% deposit to start production. We’ll ship once full payment is received.

Product Authentication & Counterfeit Reporting

Due to the appearance of counterfeit versions of our products in the market — including unauthorised use of our trademarks — both our brand reputation and customer interests have been affected.

To protect genuine customers, every MTW Wheel Union product comes with an anti-counterfeit verification code.

If you have purchased a counterfeit product that carries one of our brand logos, please contact us through the official MAKSTTON channel, call us at 400-110-270, or email info@makstton.com.

We will use this opportunity to gather legal evidence and defend our rights. We encourage customers to report counterfeits — we will provide an official authentication certificate as quickly as possible to support complaints to your local consumer protection authority.

Required documents for complaint filing include:
- Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or payment screenshot)
- Brand-issued counterfeit certification
- Product photos or the actual item

According to Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Law, if a seller is found to have deceived a customer, the buyer may be entitled to compensation at a rate of three times the purchase amount.

We also reserve the right to pursue legal action against offending stores or manufacturers.
