Please note: colours can look different on a computer or phone screen compared to real life, as lighting has a huge effect on the final finish. Describe the colour you want as clearly as you can and we will match it as closely as possible.

VIN Your Vehicle

Enter your 17-character VIN (chassis number). Our team uses this to confirm your exact bolt pattern (PCD) and centre bore, so your wheels arrive a perfect fit. You'll find it on your V5C / registration document, or stamped at the base of the windscreen.

If the spec you have chosen is not possible for your vehicle or this wheel design, we will email you with the closest achievable spec, or let you know if an upgrade to a 2-piece wheel is needed, before production begins.

    Wheel Install Guide

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Wheels are safety-critical components and should be fitted, balanced and torqued by a competent professional using suitable equipment.

    Before fitting tyres

    • Inspect every wheel and confirm the model, diameter, width, offset, PCD, centre bore, colour and finish match the order.
    • Check the wheels and packaging for any visible transit damage and confirm all supplied accessories are present.
    • Carry out a bare-wheel test fit before mounting tyres. Confirm the bolt pattern and centre bore, then check clearance to the brake caliper, suspension, steering components and bodywork.
    • If anything appears incorrect, damaged or incompatible, stop the installation and contact Robot Bodykits before proceeding.

    Tyre mounting & balancing

Once fitment has been confirmed, mount the correct tyres and dynamically balance the assembly. Balance weights should be applied appropriately to achieve correct inner and outer balance.

    Bolts, nuts & torque

    • Unless a particular wheel/order specifies otherwise, Makstton wheels generally use a 60° conical bolt/nut seat.
    • Confirm the correct thread diameter, thread pitch, bolt/nut length and sufficient thread engagement for the vehicle.
    • Make sure the wheel and vehicle hub mounting faces are clean and sit flat.
    • Start all fasteners by hand, then tighten gradually in a diagonal/star pattern using a calibrated torque wrench.
    • Use the vehicle manufacturer's specified wheel torque unless a different approved specification has been supplied for the installation.

Important: Do not drill, machine, enlarge holes, alter the centre bore, change the offset, weld, heat-repair or otherwise modify a wheel to resolve a fitment issue without written approval.

    Shipping & Import Duties

Makstton forged wheels are made to order and are normally shipped using a tracked international express courier. Express transit is typically around 5–10 working days after dispatch, although customs clearance, public holidays, weather, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.

    Split shipments & tracking

A set of four wheels may be shipped as several individual packages, so your order can have multiple tracking numbers and the packages may not all arrive on the same day.

    DDP / duties paid shipments

Where possible, we arrange shipping on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or equivalent duty-paid basis. If duties and taxes are included, this will be confirmed as part of the order or shipping arrangement.

    DDU / duties not included

Duty-paid shipping is not available to every destination. Where duties and taxes are not expressly confirmed as included, the recipient/importer is responsible for any applicable import duty, VAT or local tax, customs-clearance fees, brokerage/administration charges and other destination import costs.

The recipient must provide any information or documentation reasonably required by the courier or local customs authority.

    Refused or failed deliveries

Please do not refuse a shipment simply because import charges are payable where those charges are the recipient's responsibility. Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel a custom-made order or create a right to a refund.

Where legally permitted, return freight, storage, customs charges, duties/taxes, address-correction fees, re-delivery costs and other actual costs caused by a refused shipment, failed customs clearance, incorrect address or an unreachable recipient may be charged to the customer or deducted from any amount otherwise refundable.

    Transit damage

Inspect the packaging and wheels as soon as possible after delivery. If there is visible or suspected transit damage, keep all packaging and shipping labels, take clear photographs/video and do not mount tyres or install the affected wheel.

For carrier evidence purposes, please contact Robot Bodykits as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of discovering a shipping issue. This recommendation does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

    Warranty & Aftercare

Makstton provides a manufacturer limited warranty for eligible new wheels purchased through qualifying sales channels. Warranty coverage is subject to Makstton's current terms and does not replace any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.

What the manufacturer warranty is intended to cover

Qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, structural manufacture or finishing processes under normal and reasonable use may be covered following inspection and approval.

    Examples normally outside manufacturer warranty

    • Pothole, kerb, road-debris, collision or other impact damage.
    • Incorrect installation, incorrect torque or unsuitable bolts, nuts, spacers or hub-centric rings.
    • Incorrect tyre size, tyre pressure, vehicle application or customer-supplied fitment information.
    • Unauthorised drilling, machining, centre-bore alteration, offset modification, welding, straightening or heat repair.
    • Track, racing, timed, drifting or other competition-related damage unless specifically covered in writing.
    • Normal wear, stone chips, scratches, brake-dust staining, road salt or damage caused by harsh/incorrect cleaning products.

    Making a claim

Contact Robot Bodykits first with your order details and clear photographs/video of the issue. Stop using the wheel if there is cracking, deformation, abnormal air loss or persistent vibration that could affect safety.

Do not send a wheel back to China, the factory or another location without prior written instructions. Makstton may initially assess a claim using photographs, video, order records and other supporting evidence.

Where a manufacturer defect is confirmed, the appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Warranty handling normally relates to the individual affected wheel rather than automatically replacing a complete set.

    Custom Orders & Returns

Makstton forged wheels are manufactured specifically to the confirmed order specification, which can include wheel model, diameter, width, offset, PCD, centre bore and finish.

    Before production

We will confirm the required fitment information and a 3D production render may be supplied for approval. Please check all details carefully. If you need to make a change, contact us as quickly as possible.

    Once production has started

Because the wheels are made specifically to the confirmed specification, custom-made orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind once production has begun.

    Customer-supplied fitment information

Please ensure the vehicle, VIN/chassis number, brakes, suspension, modifications and any fitment information supplied to us are accurate. Where a wheel is manufactured correctly to a specification specifically supplied and approved by the customer, a problem caused by inaccurate customer information would not normally be treated as a manufacturing defect.

    Incorrect, faulty or damaged goods

If the wheels supplied do not match the agreed specification, are faulty, are damaged in transit, or another statutory right applies, please contact Robot Bodykits and we will assess the appropriate resolution.

    Returns must be authorised

Do not return wheels without contacting us first. International wheels are large, heavy and expensive to transport, so the correct return address and shipping instructions must be confirmed before anything is sent.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in this information removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

    What determines the concavity?

Concavity describes how far the wheel face sweeps inwards towards the centre. Makstton offers different forging blank profiles, including deep-concave monoblock options.

The achievable profile depends on the wheel design, diameter, width, offset and brake clearance. A deeper face is not available with every specification, and front and rear wheels may have different profiles.
