Returns

Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached, within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been tampered with, altered, or installed. It is crucial that the products remain in their original, unmodified, and unused condition to be eligible for a return.

In cases where a product has been installed and the customer is dissatisfied or wishes to revert their vehicle back to its factory settings, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover any removal or restoration fees. OnAir EU will not cover the costs associated with the uninstallation of the product or any modifications needed to return the vehicle to its original state.

While we do not accept returns on tampered or installed systems, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve your concerns, including providing technical support and guidance to achieve the desired performance from your air suspension system.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at sales@onair-eu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

After receiving an RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least ten to fifteen (10-15) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, minus any applicable shipping costs and restocking fees.
