Why All Sales Are Final at Robot Bodykits

We make every Robot Bodykits product to order. That means once your item is in production or has shipped, the order is final — no cancellations, no refunds, no returns.

As a UK-based company, all sales are governed by UK law, which allows exemptions for custom and made-to-order products. If you’re outside the UK, the same terms apply.


No Returns for Change of Mind or Late Delivery

We don’t accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You change your mind

  • Your delivery takes longer than expected

  • You miss a booking because your part hasn't arrived yet

Once production starts or the item leaves the factory, the order is locked in.


We Don’t Guarantee Delivery Dates

Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Delays can happen — production backlogs, customs checks, courier problems, port congestion.

If your timeline is tight or you’ve booked in your car, do not place the order unless you’ve factored in possible delays. We won’t accept returns or offer compensation for delays.


Where Your Order Ships From

We ship worldwide, but all orders are dispatched from our factories or warehouses overseas, unless stated otherwise.

  • Smaller items go via air freight

  • Larger kits go via sea freight (slower but more cost-effective)

Once dispatched, the shipment cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or returned.


You Can Cancel — But Only Within 3 Business Days

There’s a small window to change your mind:

  • Cancel within 3 business days: we’ll refund you minus a 5% transaction fee

  • After that, production usually starts — and the sale is final

  • Shipping costs are never refunded


About the Products

  • Our kits are made for professional installation only — DIY fitting often causes problems we can’t be responsible for

  • FRP parts (fibreglass) may have slight resin or surface marks — this is normal and not a defect

  • These aren’t valid reasons for return or refund


What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If you notice damage:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Report it to the delivery driver

  • Contact us with all the info

We’ll help with insurance or partial refunds for repairable issues — but only if the damage is reported properly.


PayPal & Chargebacks

If something’s wrong, talk to us first.
We keep full documentation and will dispute any false chargebacks or PayPal claims.
Misuse of buyer protection may result in legal action.


We're On Your Side — But We Have to Be Clear

We don’t set these terms to be awkward. We care about our customers and always try to help if something goes wrong.

But building and shipping bodykits internationally is a big operation — once your order is in motion, we can't undo it. That’s why our terms are strict.

We’re upfront about this so you know exactly what to expect.
